I started The Executive Lab after realizing that most professionals weren’t underperforming because they lacked skills, but because they didn’t understand how to operate at their highest potential. Drawing from my background in performance psychology and neuroscience, I consistently outperformed more experienced colleagues early in my corporate career—not through hustle, but by mastering how to use my brain, body, and behavior to work smarter and more strategically.
I saw the difference firsthand: while others burned out chasing success, I achieved more with less stress and greater clarity. That contrast revealed a deeper truth: performance isn’t just about effort, it’s about engineering. Most professionals simply haven’t been taught the science behind sustainable success.
I created The Executive Lab to bring elite performance systems to the business world. Since then, I’ve partnered with over 20 academic and research institutions to study and apply what truly drives high performance: focus, motivation, resilience, clarity, and execution.
Today, I work exclusively with business professionals, helping CEOs and their teams unlock their full capacity at work and in life. My mission is simple: to help people perform at their highest potential, live at their highest potential, and enjoy a higher quality of life.
